Weather news: After several rainy cool weeks the weather has done a 180 this wk with sunny warm temps just what the area farmers were looking for. They are busy with bean harvest and given the forecast most should be able to finish this wk and then start on the corn next wk. My neighbor said the moisture was down to about 13% so they did not need to dry the beans. Fortunately we escaped the heavy rains some parts of the state got last week.
