Mon 8/23 7 pm meet the queen candidates 7pm town hall
8/24 6:30 pm work night at grounds to put up fences and get things ready
8/25 and 26th informal workdays on the grounds
8/27 final work day and night to get things ready
8/28 and 29th the bee
8/31 work night to take down fences and put things away
