donnelly news

July 6th-13th

Welcome another edition of the Donnelly news. This issue is dedicated to the memory of my mom & dad, who were married on July 10th 1949 in Elbow Lake.

Weather News: it remains hot & dry we have had a few minor showers of rain. However, as I am writing this Mon evening, we are getting a light rain shower. We did not get much, but parts of the Donnelly area did and even had some storm damage west of town, I am told. Spraying /haying are the main tasks for farmers so far. Crops continue to look good; most corn should be "knee-high by the 4th."
