the stewardship committee has been working on putting together a endowment fund for Kong. they will have a light lunch following the services at which time Wayne Grunklee the local thrivent agent will make a presentation about it and answer any questions about it.

vbs is scheduled for aug 1-5 th at St J Luther crest will be leading it and Bethel of Herman will again be co-sponsering it

Thrivent for Lutherans will give $1 for every $2 given by Thrivent members up to one million $
Lakeland hospice and home care is sponsoring at grief support group at SCMC in the new conference room the 2nd Mon of ea. month from noon to 1 PM lunch provided.
St Gall’s men's walleye fish fry will be held on Fri Feb 19th from 4:30-8 PM at the parish center in Tintah.
Lutheran men in missions spring retreat will on Mar 5 and 6th at Green Lake Bible camp near spicier.
A Lutheran marriage encounter wkend's will be held in Brooklyn Center, Duluth and Alex. Call 952-432-3105 or 763-561-1575 for dates times, more info etc.
Luther Crest annual meeting will be held on Feb 14th at 2 PM in the dinning hall. Also upcoming is youth winter retreat (2/19-20th) and a sweetheart event on Feb 13th. Summer camp brochures are also available in the narthex of both churches contact Luther crest at 320-846-2431 for more info
Pastor Judy will lead worship at the WWV on Feb 18th.
Worship services with Holy Communion will be held on Feb 21st at both churches not Feb 28th as advertised in the newsletter.
There will be joint services at St J on Feb 28th at 11 am with the Ss kids singing and the instillation of council members
VBS planning meeting with Bethel of Herman will be held on Feb 16th at St J At 7pm. VBS is tentatively scheduled from Aug 1-5th
