Welcome to another edition of Donnelly news. Please note the
change in publication dates for the paper Tuesday not Saturday. For now, my
deadlines are the same
Weather news we had some rain in Dalton on Saturday and on
Sunday in Morris and Tuesday a.m. en-route to Fargo and more rain as I am
writing this on Thursday a.m.
In ST. John's/ Kongsvinger news: Joint services at 9:30 a.m.
on the 1st, 3rd, 5th Sundays of the month at Kongsvinger, 2nd, 4th Sundays at
ST. John's followed by Sunday School and coffee fellowship. Holy Communion is on the 1st
and 4th Sundays of the month.
The threshing bee royalty was in parades in Dalton (regular
and machinery) on Sept. 7 and Prairie Pioneer Days in Morris on Sept. 8
On September 23 the bookmobile will be in town on main st
from 2:45-3 p.m. note new time
The Donnelly community club had their post bee meeting on
September 9th. Despite the rain, on Sunday we had a good year selling about 900
buttons. Next year’s show is August 29, and 30th, features will be
Ford and Massy Ferguson
Past wk. Stevens County genealogical society meeting at
library, LRTA activities at Dalton, PPD activities Morris, Big Iron activities
Fargo,3 B at Met Lounge
