Hollidazle trim a tree contest at the Donnelly Hall starts Dec 3th and ends Dec 5th from 2-5 pm ea day

SCHS OPEN HOUSE and Holiday sale will be held at the museum on Dec 5th from 9 am -noon

the Sr Citizens bazaar will be held at the Sr Center in Morris on Dec 5th beginning at 9 am

pictures with Santa at the Morris Theater Dec 5th,free movie at 3 pm.

Morris post prom tour of homes on Dec 6th 1-5 pm tickets available at Willie's on Sat and at Federated church on Sun.

Sons of Norway will hold their annual bake sale on Dec 12th at the Sr center in Morris.

The Donnelly community club will hold their annual community meal at the Donnelly Hall on Dec 19th at noon. Santa will arrive about 1 pm

HD & CO in Donnelly will be celebrating it's 10th aniv with an open house at the store on main st on Nov 6th and 7th. sign up for door prizes and enjoy refreshments. see their ad in the Oct 31st edition of the Morris S-T newspaper for more info about the store. for more info call 246-debs

The St co Gen soc well have an open house at the library in Morris to celebrate it's 25th aniv on Nov 5th from 2-6 pm. apple cider and cookies will be served and tours of the resources will be given. Contact me for more info at 246-3227

There will also be a genealogical workshop at the UMM library computer lab hosted by Peter Bremer on Nov 7th sponsored by the St Co Historical society. please RSVP to the museum if you plan to attend.

LU will meet on Nov 11th at the museum at 1 pm American Indians and the U.S.: New Perspectives is the program.

upcoming community events

open house retirement party for Janet Nordstrom at the Donnelly PO Oct 2nd 12:30 pm -3 pm.

There will be an open house baby shower for Josh Erdahl and Kayla Harstad on Oct 3rd at Faith in Morris from 10:30 am -11:30am.

On Wednesday, October 7, from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m., at the Morris Elementary School concert hall there will be a community forum on “Coping with the Cost of Health Care” .The event is co-sponsored by Learning Unlimited and Service Learning (Morris Community Education). A panel presentation by students and local stakeholders will be followed by open discussion. Coffee, juice and donuts will be available.


The Dom Com Club will meet at the town hall on Oct 12th at 7pm.
